We know you like to get your parcels fast!
Each item you add to your basket will include a dispatch time and approximate delivery time, so that you know what to expect. We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible, so most of our sellers offer a variety of shipping options for you to choose from, including speedy delivery for when you really need it! Remember, each individual order arrives on your doorstep directly from the seller you purchased it from, so delivery times may vary.
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all items will normally ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order. If you live in Australia, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-5 days*, sometimes sooner. If the item is hand-made to order, you can expect a longer delivery time of up to 4 weeks (please check the dispatch note on the product page for details). *From date of dispatch.
Please be aware that we encourage our sellers to send E-Parcel with Australia Post so we are able to track all parcels for you. You will be required to sign to confirm receipt of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the post office will leave a card to notify you that the goods can be collected from your nearest post office. We are unable to leave the item without a signature.
Delivery to Rural and Remote Areas: Please note that normal Australia Post delivery procedures apply for customers living in rural and remote areas. Should Australia Post not provide delivery service to your door it will be received in the usual manner, whether that be via a roadside delivery, collection from your local Australia Post outlet or from a Post Office Box.
Most of our sellers offer FREE shipping Australia-wide, however some may charge a small shipping fee for certain items or orders. If a product is delivered FREE this is clearly displayed on each product page, otherwise the shipping cost is displayed at checkout or in the event of customised furniture and artwork arranged individually with the seller.
Australia Post Express Post Service
guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network.The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.
Damage or loss in transit is rare however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.
if you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. You will pay the flat overseas freight charge to us and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.
Out of Stocks
we update our sites product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
Due to the Public Holidays, it may take a little longer for your parcel to get to you around that time so be sure to plan ahead if possible.

On completion of your order
You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this please check your junk and spam mail boxes. You may also confirm your order by logging into your account and checking if your order has been processed within your account.

A printed tax invoice will be included with your delivery. Please retain this as your proof of purchase.
Sending your order to a different delivery address
We are happy to dispatch your order to a different delivery address to the billing address. Kindly complete the different shipping details as you proceed to the checkout. Please note that if a different recipient name and delivery address is supplied we will not include a copy of the printed tax invoice with details of cost in with the parcel but will assume that the purchase may be a gift. We will therefore email you a copy of the invoice for your records, please retain this as proof of purchase, and include a packing slip with no cost details in with the parcel.
